There are two steps to reset a forgotten password. The first is to click the button below to head to the sign in screen.

Second, click on the "Forgot Password" prompt in purple.

At this screen, enter the email your Special account is connected to, and you will receive further instructions in your email inbox.

Please allow up to 1 minute to receive the email with instructions.

Note: if your email inbox is organized to automatically filter messages by type, be sure to check all of your inboxes--primary, updates, promotions, social, spam, etc.
